Opening announcements

 Friday, 9th October 2026 at 6:50 p.m.

Registration
We ask you to register before entering the tournament hall. This is to:

 a) ensure we have received your entry and have you in the correct event, and

b) to collect any unpaid entry fees - which must be paid before play begins.

Registration can take place from 5:30 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday

Rate of play for all rounds
Moves in 1 hour 30 minutes plus 15 seconds per move from move 1

Default arrival time is 30 minutes.

Players without opponents will be re-paired or will be offered a gradeable friendly if possible

Closing Ceremony and Prize-giving

Will be held as soon as possible after the end of the last round on Sunday, at approximately 6.15 - 6:30 p.m.
